The pools
PKT → Exam practice has the three current US question pools: Technician (Element 2, 2026–2030, 409 questions), General (Element 3, 2023–2027, 423) and Amateur Extra (Element 4, 2024–2028, 599), with their figures. They are the official NCVEC pools (public domain), in the machine-readable edition by Russ Olsen. Everything works offline.
Practice exam
Draws one question from each group, the way the real exam is put together: 35 questions for Technician and General (26 to pass), 50 for Extra (37 to pass). There is no feedback until the end; then you get the score, pass or not, and every miss with the right answer. Your best score is kept.
Study and review
Study a subelement goes through all of its questions in random order and shows the right answer after each. Missed questions brings back every question you got wrong (in an exam or in study) until you answer it right.
